3 WAYS TO IMPROVE WELLBEING
Where do I go for help?
MENTAL HEALTH FIRST AIDER
A mental health first aider can offer comfort & support in a crisis until help arrives. Mental health problems are not as frightening as most people think. When a person has a mental health problem what they need the most is someone who can listen calmly to their feelings & fears
Work colleague or friend
The saying "a problem shared is a problem halved" is still a valid way of sharing experiences & supporting each other in the work place. Take time for each other don't suffer in silence
Doctor/Nurse
Sometimes you may feel that you need professional help, your first point of contact should always be the doctor or nurse.
They are able to access a host of other services & support you through the recovery process.
Other organisations
There are many organisations that can be help & be accessed through your Doctor or nurse. There are also charitable organisations that can provide a wealth of knowledge & support
